Sulava Oy has been an official Microsoft partner since the day it was founded. As the company has grown, the competence of an ever larger and more experienced group of specialists makes it possible to offer an even wider variety of services in various areas.

Sulava’s international awards and recognitions

Sulava has numerous international recognitions granted by Microsoft. For example, Microsoft has selected Sulava five times as one of the world’s best in knowledge work development in the Partner of the Year competition from thousands of applications.

• In 2024, Microsoft selected Sulava as one of the top partners in no less than two categories as an expert in Copilots, artificial intelligence and training. Sulava was selected as a finalist in Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Training Services -categories.

Awards and recognition received by Sulava in Finland

In Finland, Sulava has won awards since our founding, for example:

• In 2024, Microsoft awarded Sulava both in Finland and globally, and we received a total of four awards in the annual Partner of the Year competition as an expert in Copilots, artificial intelligence and training. In Finland, Sulava won the Copilot for Microsoft 365 series, and driving the use of artificial intelligence at the forefront earned Sulava’s founder Aki Antman the Influencer of the Year award. Sulava has also been chosen as one of the best in the world several times. Three times, Microsoft has selected Sulava as one of the top four companies globally for our work as developers of knowledge from among thousands of applicants in Microsoft’s Partner of the Year competition.

Our personnel’s recognitions

Seven of Sulava’s specialists currently have Microsoft’s MVP (Most Valuable Professional) recognition, over 40 Sulava trainers have an MCT-certificate, CTO Kimmo Bergius is Microsoft MCT Regional Lead and Olli Jääskeläinen has Microsoft Certified Master (MCM) -diploma. In addition, we collaborate with other MVPs.

Recognitions are granted to people who share useful information related to Microsoft’s technologies voluntarily, actively and often without compensation. A person who has been granted an MVP will naturally have high-level technical skills, but this is only half of the truth.

Above all, an MVP showcases that our specialists have the possibility to grow beyond the limitations of the company with competence, recognition and experience, that Finland has genuine competence and experience of international standards and that this work is done with a passion.

A Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) is a professional who has been certified by Microsoft to provide training on Microsoft technologies and products. MCTs are experts in their field and have demonstrated their knowledge and skills by passing required exams and meeting specific requirements set by Microsoft.
