Copilot Essentials Service
Copilot Essentials is a monthly subscription service to help organizations deploy and adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot. It is designed for smaller organizations with around 30 to 300 Copilot users, who want to leverage the power of generative AI in their everyday work with Microsoft 365 applications. It’s based on our already legendary Copilot Adoption Service, which is created for the large enterprises and governmental organizations.
With this service, your organization gets high-class guidance, documentation and training to run Microsoft 365 Copilot; including things like required technical configurations, internal communications and internal organization of adoption program. Our experienced consultants train and inspire your end-users and leadership teams to use M365 Copilot in their everyday work.
We guide your organization through documentation, templates, one-to-many guidance, tips & tricks, prompting guides, personalized support from trusted advisor pool and training for your organizations end-users and leadership team.
If you need more guidance or expertise in anything, like security and governance for example, we are happy to help you. The work outside of service scope are billed as time & material.

The sessions are available in English and Finnish with closed captioning for other languages. When you are a customer of our Copilot Essentials service, you will see Copilot trainings for end users in the training calendar and you can register for them.

The trainings for the adoption team are organised by demand, which means you can influence the schedule! It is possible to book trainings in both Finnish and English. When you send us your scheduling request, please specify which training(s) you would like to book, when, and in which language.
Your core team for deployment will get access to our hub where you’ll find things like:

One-to-many sessions are based on most common best practices, because of the wide variety of participants from different companies.
