The course content covers all Teams functionalities including chat, channels, applications, meetings, live events, and phone functions. The course covers a smooth transition from Skype for Business to Teams. There are plenty of practical exercises included in each module of the course.

Also for those who want to deepen their knowledge and experience in configuring and maintaining the functionalities in Microsoft Teams that support effective teamwork and collaboration.
This course prepares you for the certification exam MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams to obtain the Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator Associate certificate.
A good understanding of basic functional experience with Microsoft 365 features, services and applications, and their management. Particularly, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange, Azure AD, and Teams.
An understanding of general IT practices, including using PowerShell.
