The course will provide you with a solid understanding of what is possible and how you can leverage AI features in your work. You will learn which daily routines can be enhanced with Copilot and understand how much time you can save for other tasks. In addition to live demos, you will have the opportunity to try using Copilot yourself, even if you don’t have your own license.
You will get the most benefit when you understand how Copilot works and know how to prompt. In the training, we will go through typical situations for utilizing Copilot in different tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook) and provide you with useful tips on how to prompt correctly!
You will learn, among other things, how to:
- Ask Copilot to create a PowerPoint presentation based on a Word document
- Effortlessly create a Pivot table and suitable data visualizations from an Excel sheet
- Draft an email response
- Format a Word document and create tables
- Use M365 Chat in Teams, similar to ChatGPT
The course duration is 3 hours, from 9 AM to 12 PM. (Eastern European Time)
