Microsoft 365 Copilot Training for End Users
After completing the numbered training sessions 1–6 and finishing the exercises, you will have the opportunity to earn the Sulava Copilot Essentials LinkedIn badge in addition to the Microsoft’s official Microsoft Learn achievement badges. These are great ways to showcase your skills in your professional network!
Start here:
We recommend starting with the training 1. Microsoft 365 Copilot Basics, followed by participating in the Copilot Coaching for all Copilot users.
If you feel you need support in mastering the basics of Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, begin with the Modern Work with Microsoft 365 training. These skills will lay the foundation for utilizing Microsoft 365 Copilot!
Training objective: To get a basic understanding of what generative AI is and what Microsoft 365 Copilot is. We will go through the basics of Copilot and do a quick overview of all applicable M365 Copilot modules like Copilot chat and Copilot in Office products.
After this session:
- You will be able to start using and testing Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- You have a basic understanding of what is generative AI and how Microsoft 365 Copilot works.

Training objective: You will learn how Copilot works in smaller Copilot M365 programs such as OneDrive, Loop, OneNote, WhiteBoard, Forms, and Stream.
During this session:
- You learn about the Microsoft’s strategy to have Copilots in all applications and how it is implemented in smaller Microsoft 365 applications.
- You learn to use Copilot’s functionality in OneDrive, Loop, OneNote, WhiteBoard, Forms, and Stream.
- You learn not only about Copilots, but the applications in general, as some of them might be unfamiliar to you.

Training objective: To improve your prompting skills and taking them to the advanced level.
During this session:
- On the basis of your existing basic prompting skills, you will learn about the advanced prompting techniques and methods.
- You will learn how to use different techniques such as Persona Pattern, Flipped Interaction Pattern and Reflection pattern.
- You practice not only these new techniques, but also have fun prompting with Copilot.

In this session, you will learn about the recent additions to Microsoft 365 Copilot.
During this session:
- You learn about new functionalities from us – as it’s a real challenge to follow all the new features that are continuously coming to Copilot.

In this leadership coaching session, we will explore together with participants and AI Change Coach how to support Copilot adoption in the best way as a leader.

In this session we will go through the technical pre-requirements your organization’s tenant needs to meet to deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot. The single most important item is the update cycle of M365 apps for enterprise (Office products).
