In this course, students will learn to perform discovery, capture requirements, translate requirements, and configure Microsoft Power Platform solutions and apps. They will supplement their learnings with hands-on labs to create low-code / no-code applications with Power Apps, custom user experiences, system integrations, data conversions, custom process automation, and custom visualizations.
Microsoft Power Platform is comprised of four key products: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. In this course, we will cover these four applications in depth, with additional focus on Microsoft Dataverse, AI Builder, connectors, and portals.

WhyThis course prepares you for the certification Exam PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant which is a requirement for three different certificates.
The first certificate is Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate Certificate.
The second certificate is Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
which requires a second exam (the other exam is MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant) to obtain the Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate certificate.
The third certificate is Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant Associate which requires a second exam (the other exam is MB-220: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant) to obtain the Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant certificate.
Prerequisites
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and its key components
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse (or general data modeling) and security concepts.
- Experience in data modeling and user experience design (UX).
- Previous experience with Dynamics 365 products is an advantage.
