Join Our Team as a Modern Work Lead in Sweden

As a Modern Work Lead, you will be fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, providing technical and business support during the sales cycle. Get your customers excited about the future of the operating culture and work environment.

This is where you are great at:

  • You want enable success for the customers – A sales and consultative mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and stakeholders 
  • Leader mindset – Lead and mentor a team of consultants and architects, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence 
  • Driving for growth – Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and provide technical and business support during the sales cycle 
  • Modern Work Change Management attitude – Provide guidance and best practices on Adoption and Change Management, and help the customer to overcome the challenges and leverage the opportunities of hybrid work 
  • You want to evangelize – Deliver Microsoft Copilot workshops and training sessions to help the customer’s employees to adopt and use Copilot in their daily work 
  • Visionary – Vision for the future of the operating culture and work environment. Get your customers excited about the change! 
  • Change is constant – You are very capable and willing to learn, take initiative and work independently is part of everyday life for you 
  • Know your customer – Excellent communication skills in managing customer stakeholders to meet customer’s business needs and strategic goals 
  • Your background – Either you have gained your experience from bachelor’s degree, or you have an equivalent work experience 
  • Ways to communicate – You work and document fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing 

Additional skills that are playing in favor of you:

  • Prior experience of working with Microsoft
  • Change Management Certification, e.g. Prosci
  • Microsoft certification or ability to complete certification
  • Wider Microsoft technology expertise
