Join Our Team as a Modern Work Specialist in Sweden
As a Modern Work Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation within organizations. Your role will involve leading and managing change initiatives, ensuring that new working methods are effectively implemented. You will facilitate workshops, create compelling presentations, and structure customer needs into solution proposals and concrete tasks. Engaging customers about the future of the operating culture and work environment will be a key part of your mission.
This is where you are great at:
- Experience in implementing changes in working methods. You will lead and manage change initiatives to achieve goals.
- You can facilitate effective workshops, visualize plans into presentations and structure the customer’s needs into solution proposals and concrete tasks
- Vision for the future of the operating culture and work environment. Get your customers excited about the change!
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 and interest in the possibilities of Microsoft 365 Copilot in a modern work environment
- Insight into internal communication and change management
- You work and document fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
- You are very capable and willing to learn, take initiative and work independently is part of everyday life for you
A plus is if you have:
- Change Management Certification, e.g. Prosci
- Microsoft certification or ability to complete certification
- Wider Microsoft technology expertise
