As a Service Manager, I recommend focusing on clear communication, allocating sufficient time for planning the deployment, and ensuring adequate resources are in place.

At the start of the collaboration, we go through the different stages of the deployment with the customer, as well as the training planned for the staff. In addition to the training platform, the deployment includes organization-specific support services and training. These ensure a great start for using Microsoft 365 Copilot. We support the customer throughout the entire process to make the deployment smooth.

Support for internal communication and measuring the benefits of the service is also available during deployment, for example in the form of a value report. This report includes a user survey that provides valuable insights into employee experience or time savings after adopting Copilot.

The Copilot Essentials service also includes user-targeted communication, such as updates on the latest Copilot features. In addition, the customer receives regular reports on service usage and completed courses, which can be shared with, for example, the organization’s HR department.
